Introducing … Chris Lovell and Tony Harrison.

Although new to the underground house scene, during their first few months of DJ’ing & production this deep house duo have already had their first track released on Leeds based record label Midnight Social Recordings; headed up by house veteran Carlo Gambino.

The track ‘Since 84’ was released in early March ’13 and has been getting support from the likes of Terry Francis (Fabric/Wiggle), Richy Ahmed (Hot Creations), David Moran (All Over It Records) and Justin Harris (Music for Freaks) plus many others.

More recently they have been signed to Something Different Records; headed up by Jesus Pablo and Rob Mayman. Their tracks ‘Forever Young’, ‘It’s A Jamaican Ting’ & ‘Sweet Talk’ will form their debut EP ‘Heat’, which also include some impressive remixes from Jacob Bech & Lastraw. This is just the beginning for Rumoydin as they look to fully emerge on to the deep house scene in the coming year.

Rumoydin’s sound is heavily influenced by them inhabiting and grafting in two of the worlds party capitals; Ibiza and Leeds. With exposure to Balearic beats at the likes of Space, DC10, Amnesia and, where they now call home in the Ibiza of the North … Leeds, going to clubs such as back2basics, the Mint Club, and Ketoloco, they have seen an array of aspiring and world class DJs.

From Minimal, Techno, Tech House, House & Deep House, the boy’s love for Deep House has now got a grip hold on them both and their sounds are testament to this.

2013 is the door to further growth and development for this ambitious pair, already their minds are open and set on developing future productions.
