The bus driver tries to remove an African-American male from the bus and after the bus driver pushes the black guy twice, he beat the shit of him. A spokeswoman from Intercity Transit says the driver suffered cuts, bruises and a fractured nose in Tuesday’s attack. The 24-year-old passenger accused of beating the driver is being held on investigation of third-degree assault.
