Avicii won’t be hitting the stage tonight in Miami — the superstar DJ has been hospitalized … TMZ has learned.
Avicii was supposed to do a show at Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel in Miami Beach … but less than an hour ago DJ Cassette told the crowd he was in a hospital.
It’s unclear right now what’s wrong with Avicii.
Our sources in Miami say just a couple of hours ago Avicii was fully expected to perform — so it appears the problem was sudden.
Avicii’s SLS gig — a warm up for this weekend’s Ultra Music Festival — was so highly anticipated, the hotel was re-branded with his name.

A young woman named Gilliane Chrisphonte started a fund raiser at GoFundMe.com in order to help raise money to battle her Lymphoma. Meek Mill — in cooperation with popular charity Robin Hood — donated to the young woman himself, as well as posting a link to her fund page on his Instagram, helping her to surpass her $12,000 goal.
Mill has chosen not to publicize exactly how much he gave.

Chris Brown may be yanked out of L.A. County Jail next month, shackled and put on Con Air bound for Washington D.C. … where he will stand trial for allegedly assaulting a man.
The judge in the D.C. assault case has signed an order — obtained by TMZ — commanding the honchos at L.A. County Jail to release Chris to the U.S. Marshal.
The Rihanna judge has already ordered Chris to stay in the slammer until his April 17 D.C. assault trial, but the judge never determined how he would get there.
Even though the D.C. judge imposed the order Wednesday … it’s not a done deal. The Rihanna judge must sign off before the U.S. Marshal is able to grab the singer.
Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, opposes the order and says Chris is more than willing to voluntarily fly to D.C.
