Pharrell Partners With Nigo For Uniqlo UT

Former BAPE head (and creator) NIGO has taken a new role as Uniqlo UT’s creative director, and one of his latest moves with the venture is partnering with longtime friend and collaborator Pharrell. Spotted on Hypebeast:

Hot off the heels of Pharrell’s performance at the Oscars last night, where he was also nominated for Best Original Song with his hit single “Happy,” we get a first glimpse at the forthcoming campaign, which features multi-talented artist and designer wearing the Japanese label’s 2014 spring/summer attire.

50 Cent Throws Up Suspect Pictures Of Rick Ross, Diddy & Steve Stoute

50

From TMZ:

50 Cent raised the stakes in his beef with 3 rap heavyweights — publicly insinuating Diddy, Rick Ross and former record exec Steve Stoute are gay together … but he backed down minutes later.

The shots were fired Sunday — Fiddy posted the 2 pics on Instagram, one showing a pink-shirted Stoute embracing a pink-shirted Diddy. The other shows Diddy and Rick Ross from an angle that makes it look like they’re kissing.

Underneath, 50 wrote the caption, “I ain’t saying nothing, but something ain’t right. Lmao.” He yanked the pics down a short time later.

The photos were the latest in 50’s ongoing feuds with the rap titans — Stoute recently appeared in a VH1 documentary about hip hop, in which he called 50 a has-been. 50’s been feuding with Rick Ross and Diddy for years.

As for why he pulled the post … 50 probably thought twice about starting a nuclear war.

Joe & Box (@Joe_Box) – Boogieman And Weasel (Video)

Produced by Yung Crock and directed by Brian Stone (you can download the track here). I don’t think anyone can explain this clip better than the artists did themselves:

This video was actually supposed to be another video, but a blizzard stopped that video from being able to be filmed. Instead of giving up, we decided to film this. I mean, how many rap videos are filmed during a blizzard? Truth be told, we think freezing for hours on end was worth it. Boogieman (Box) and Weasel (Joe) are our alter-egos. In this track, we playfully pass rhymes back and forth in a display of skill and in order to bring our listeners into the fun-filled world of Boogieman and Weasel.

Joe & Box is a Hip Hop duo out of NJ/NYC. We are a pair of goofy best friends who lead the Swine movement and live by the phrase Fuck Being Ordinary. Our influences, Outkast, Kid Cudi, Lupe Fiasco, Eminem, and many more have helped mold us into the artists we are today. We take pride in our technical lyrical skill, our content, and our song making ability. In the end, we just want to give the world something real.
