Rae Sremmurd — who’s SremmLife is out now — recently spoke to HotNewHipHop about the positive response they’ve received from their musical peers for their music:
Rae Sremmurd are a few days removed from the release of their debut album SremmLife, and they’ve already been projected to land a top 10 Billboard 200 debut, not to mention, they’ve received co-signs from just about every notable person in the game. The two brothers, Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy, have been busy touring and while on the road they caught up with our correspondent Baker for a quick sit down.
With their usual high energy on deck, the two talk about all the tweets their follow rappers sent out about SremmLife, including one from Kendrick Lamar that contained lyrics from “Unlock The Swag.” They go on to discuss how important it is to unlock yo swag before you even wake up.
