A year ago, 17-year-old Laquan McDonald was killed by Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke; recently, the footage was finally ordered released to the public, which you can see below:
Naturally, this set the emotions of the city on fire, and many took to the streets of Chicago in protest — one of which was rising star Vic Mensa. Below, you can check out footage of Mensa taking part in the protests.
