According to TMZ, R. Kelly was taken into custody on Thursday by NYPD detectives and Homeland Security Investigation agents on charges of child porn, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice. He will be arraigned in Illinois and then taken to New York where he will face a judge on Friday.
