BallOut & Tadoe – Kill Me
I’ve never been a fan of BallOut (or most of “GBE” or “Glo Gang.”) I can’t even think of a time I’ve heard Tadeo rap. But this track is different. Tadeo yell-raps an aggressive verse that sounds better than most of what I’ve heard lately. BallOut does a decent hook too, but still has a poor showing for his verse. Still worth checking out…Also this camera work is offffff.

Noah-O & Taylor Whitelow – Renown ft. Mad Skillz
Richmond artists Noah-O and Taylor Whitelow link with a VA rap legend, Skillz for the soulful “Renown”. Here what fellow rapper Chance Fisher had to say about the song below;
Herein we find Skillz providing Noah with words of wisdom that encourage him to stay sharp amid shots taken at his newly found throne. Skillz adds insight to the love/hate relationship the city has maintained with him and his success. Noah harnesses Skillz’ advice and fuels his final words of the record over a slowed sample: “We ain’t have a lot of help it made us self-sufficient/I started making plans and stopped making wishes.” – Chance Fischer
