The first artist signed to Drake’s OVO Sound has a brand new single, and he sounds quite a bit like his boss.
Mac Miller drops off the first single from the upcoming album Watching Movies With The Sound Off. We’ll also be getting a new music video this Wednesday.
Produced by Flying Lotus.

Midwest rappers Freddie Gibbs and Boldy James go in over this jazzy track from Treejay and DJ Clockwork’s S.H.O.W.TIME mixtape. You can download the track below.
The head man in the ATL collective drops a new track produced by Childish Major and C4. Full project coming soon?
Some dancehall blend for your Monday afternoon. This one is from Zagu Zarr, whom you can check out more of here.
Josh Kumra’s latest project is out now (or at least it’s supposed to be, the iTunes link didn’t seem to be working properly for me).
We already heard this in the film’s trailer, but below is a snippet of Lana Del Ray’s ‘Young & Beautiful’, which is taken from the upcoming film The Great Gatsby.
I don’t know if we’ll get to hear the full record before then, but the soundtrack to Gatsby (you know, the one that Jay-Z is spearheading) drops April 23rd (the movie premieres May 7th).
UPDATE: We’ve acquired the full record below. The soundtrack to The Great Gatsby drops May 7th.
In addition to serving as the executive producer of the upcoming soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s film The Gatsby, Jay-Z also serves up the intro to the CD with ’$100 Bill’. The soundtrack hit stores May 7th.
[audio:https://jukeboxdc.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/jay-z-100-bill-snippet.mp3]Out of the many snippets we’ve been catching from The Great Gatsby‘s soundtrack, this is probably the one that everyone is really looking for. While it’s only a snippet, I’m not quite sure they really did Amy Winehouse justice. Check it out for yourselves; you can still preorder the project here.

New song from the book soundtrack, “Behind the B.A.R.S. The Autobiography of Cassidy.”
I don’t even know if the project this song originally came from has been released yet, but D’Banj got boss on the remix to Scape Goat. I wish I had more interest in this style of music.
Lil’ Twist spits rhymes over B.o.B’s track, which is taken from the upcoming Wake Up mixtape (due April 27th).
Mac Miller put his producer’s hat back on (i.e. Larry Fisherman) for a cut featuring some fellow weed connoisseurs….taken from this project.

Another track that was released for 4/20. Overdoz might be the most underrated group out of the West right now (I used to say this about Black Hippy).
More smoke session action from the Funk Doctor Spock, featuring DoItAll and the equally legendary Mr. Cheeks. We need that How High 2, Red.
I feel high off contact just watching this. Happy 4/20, folks.
Those that are interested in what Eve has to offer with Lip Lock can check out snippets over at Amazon before they buy. The album drops May 14th…..did anyone know that she named her label From The Ribs Music? I was humored by this for some reason.
