Today, we get to see the artwork for Ashanti’s Rick Ross-assisted new single (below), titled ‘I Got It’, which should be hitting airwaves internet streams sometime next week.

UPDATE: The Bulls announced on Saturday that subsequent examinations and an MRI confirmed a medial meniscus tear to Derrick Rose’s right knee, which will require surgery.
He is out indefinitely, and will not accompany the team on the rest of its current road trip. (Chicago Tribune)

Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose, who missed all of last season while recovering from reconstructive surgery to his left knee, injured his right knee during the third quarter of Friday night’s 98-95 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers and did not return.
The 2011 NBA MVP was taken to the locker room at the end of the third quarter, putting barely any weight on the injured leg. Following the game, he left the trainer’s room on crutches and appeared to be in considerable pain. Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said Rose will have an MRI on the knee Saturday in Los Angeles after flying there with the team. Rose was not made available to the media for comment. Rose tore the ACL in his left knee in April 2012.

Miley Cyrus was given the worst birthday gift ever this weekend … her house was broken into and her stuff got jacked.
The break-in occurred Friday afternoon in Studio City when the thief somehow gained access to Miley’s pad … and made off with some jewelry.
It’s unclear how the crook (or crooks) got inside the house … but cops say they’re currently investigating how it all went down.
Thankfully Miley wasn’t home when the break-in happened — and neither was anybody else.

Sources tell Us Weekly in its Dec. 2 issue that the parents to 5-month-old North West are (surprise!) mulling over the idea to televise their nuptials.
“If they choose to film the wedding, it will be filmed by them, not a TV crew,” an insider reveals to Us. “And they’d sell it to a network.”
A source tells Us the the couple of two years will have a “magnificent” wedding yet (believe it or not!) “on the small side.”
Kardashian is, of course, no stranger to publicly declaring her vows for the world to see. In August 2011, the reality star said “I do” to NBA player Kris Humphries in an extravagant $10 million ceremony in Montecito, Calif. After just 72 days of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The divorce was finalized in June 2013.

While we weren’t there and can’t say for sure what really went down, we can say that both Pebbles and L.A. seem to agree that TLC contributed to their marriage’s demise.
“TLC wanted Pebbitone out of their lives and the only way they could get out was to file bankruptcy,” L.A. expressed during a past interview with New York Magazine.
He went on to refer to his wife’s drama with TLC as “one of the breaking points in my marriage.” Apparently his ex-wife shares in those sentiments because she, too, blames issues surrounding TLC for ruining her family. When asked by radio host Frank Ski whether or not she regretted bringing TLC to LaFace Records, Pebbles responded:
“I would not sign them to LaFace because what happened there, in my opinion, was horrific because you tore my family up with this. This tore my family up. Now my G-code kept me quiet, but it was a whole bunch of dirtiness.”
And of course, she continued to defend herself against allegations that she robbed TLC

JoJo Simmons is being outed by a woman who claims the reality star pulled a fast one on her. Aspiring TV personality Kerry Schwartz took to her Facebook page on Friday to expose Rev. Run’s son. Schwartz claims the two were set to work together on something until nasty enough happened for the gal to call Simmons an “unprofessional piece of crap.” Kerry claims JoJo reached out to her personal page asking her to be a part of his team, but under one condition: She must perform sexual favors in exchange for work. You can view the entire post below. However, RumorFix reached out to a rep for JoJo who tells us, the “JoJo” that reached out to Kerry is only a fake. The rep reveals, It’s not him. DMX and his girlfriend — Desiree Lindstrom — told cops they gave the car and a duplicate title to a friend … who was going to sell it for them. But the friend vanished into thin air some time earlier this month and never returned.
What’s more, according to the report, the friend changed his phone number … and DMX doesn’t know the guy’s last name … he only knows him as Lonny. Apparently DMX uses the term “friend” lightly.
Cops are on the lookout for the car … but their first investigative task is to find out Lonny’s last name.

Ghostface Killah is the latest rapper to join a season of VH1’s reality series, Couples Therapy.
According to AllHipHop.com, the Staten Island, NY-born MC has signed on for the fourth installment of the Celebrity Rehab spin-off and will be joined by his “significant other,” Kelsey Nykole.
Ghost, Nykole and other celebrities like actress Whitney Mixture of The L Word and former reality stars John Goselin (Jon & Kate Plus 8), Taylor Armstrong (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) and Farrah Armstrong (16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom), will go through “group and individual therapy.”
The series will also include “relationship exercises out in the ‘real world’ to see if they can rekindle the love they used to have for one another — or if it’s simply time for them to move on,” the cable network said in a statement.
Appearing on the show isn’t Tony Stark’s first foray into reality TV. The Wu-Tang Clan MC, born Dennis Coles, made a cameo on an episode of VH1’s Mob Wives in 2011.

“They really have a great relationship now as parents,” a source tells Us Weekly of the “Monster” rapper, 41, and Kim, 38; along with their daughter Hailie, 17, Eminem is raising Mathers’ niece Alaina, and Whitney, her other daughter from another relationship.
“They aren’t back together yet — per se — but anything could happen and they are together all the time for the sake of the kids,” the source adds. Kim’s mother Kathy Sluck told RadarOnline earlier this week that her daughter and former son-in-law “might [get back together soon], they get on better than ever.”

The pop star lifestyle apparently hasn’t treated Aaron Carter so well — because the 25-year-old just filed for bankruptcy.
Carter filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, according to TMZ, claiming that his assets total just $8,232.16. He says his monthly income is $1,998.75 and his monthly expenses are $2,005.
On top of that, he has financial liabilities that reportedly surpass $2.2 million. He allegedly owes $1.4 million to the IRS and has an American Express bill for $31,166.
As the younger brother of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter, Aaron found his own fame in the late ’90s. He’s best known for his 2000 album, “Aaron’s Party (Come and Get It),” featuring the single, “I Want Candy.” The album went triple platinum (yes, triple), he opened for BSB and Britney Spears, and had romances with the likes of Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan.
These days, things are different.
“I’ve been living a different lifestyle,” Carter told the Wichita Eagle last month. “I don’t party. I’ve partied enough. I don’t go out. I focus on other things that are much more important. I focus on being an entertainer. I love performing. That’s what I’m about. I want to take that next step.”
He is currently touring on the West Coast, and has a show lined up in Eugene, Ore., for Thursday night (Nov. 21).
Stadium night club owner and former TruOrleans owner James Redding, seems to not be able to get away from his tax troubles, that caused his H Street restaurant TruOrleans to be shut down in September. It seems that today the District Tax Offices went and closed the doors to Stadium Nightclub.

Troubles continue for former TruOrleans owner James “Tru” Redding. The D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue announced today that it has seized Redding’s strip joint/steakhouse Stadium Club in order to pay the more than $100,000 in sales and use taxes he owes for his now-closed H Street NE restaurant.
The tax office shut down TruOrleans in September, but the restaurant was plagued by a litany of other financial and legal troubles: The landlord was fighting for eviction, neighbors were protesting the liquor license renewal, and multiple vendors had filed lawsuits for unpaid bills.
Redding has had his own personal financial and legal woes, too. Redding’s company James T. Redding, Inc., for which he was the sole shareholder, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Maryland in July. The bankruptcy filings revealed his company owed more than 100 creditors between $1 million and $10 million. Redding also faces fraud charges in Nevada after allegedly writing bad checks at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Redding didn’t immediately return a call to his cell phone.

UPDATE, 5:18 p.m.: Stadium Club investor Keith Forney says the club was in the process of being sold to a group of out-of-town investors, although the deal hadn’t been finalized before the District seized the club.
“They weren’t a D.C. bunch,” Forney says of the new investors. “Maybe they didn’t understand the need for speed or whatever.”
Forney, last in the news giving thousands of dollars in gifts to Councilmember Marion Barry in the strip club’s parking lot, declined to name the new investor group or clarify whether he’s still involved in it.
Forney will say, though, that Redding would not have been a member of the new ownership group. “Hopefully it’ll be a more positive thing now that Mr. Redding has moved on to something else,” he says.

Rapper Trinidad James, who has been catching a lot of slack for his recent comments about New York rap, was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in New York city last night. A vendor who witnessed the Atlanta rapper being held at gunpoint by two masked assailants, had the following to say: “They even stole the gold out his teeth; Have you seen his teeth? I wouldn’t eat after the nigga if he paid me; Chains, watch, shades; Gone! There was nothing left but hair, teeth and the phone he dialed 911 on”. Three NYPD officers reported to the scene and a police report by NYPD Officer Douglas reveals that Trinidad James was stripped down to his underwear and forced to say “nigga, nigga, nigga” with his eyes closed until the robbers jumped in a car and sped off with over $20,000 in clothes and jewelry. I bet the next time he feels like talking bad about somebody’s city he will have a second thought!!!!
