Looks like there wasn’t any beef after all (or the beef was squashed, I don’t know). Following news of The Weeknd signing to Universal and passing on Drake’s OVO Sound (and the release of ‘Started From The Bottom’ and ‘No New Friends’), rumors were circulating heavy that Aubrey and Abel had parted ways both personally and professionally.
Recently, Drake was seen buying a copy of The Weeknd’s Trilogy while he was pushing Born Sinner with J. Cole…..and now we have the above picture of them partying. Good to see the two back together.
J. Cole’s Dollar & A Dream tour continued in NYC the day following his Born Sinner album release. To show his appreciation, Cole did two full shows back to back and brought out Drake as a surprise guest.
Because he can. Nothing Was The Same will be here September 17th.
I guess this is a taste of what we can expect from PARTY’s upcoming project, due July 1st. This is also the last of the four tracks from Drake’s October’s Very Own camp. Great day for music.
NEW MUSIC FROM OVO: Migos Feat. Drake – Versace (Remix) – Drake Feat. Sampha – The Motion – Drake Feat. J. Cole – Jodeci Freestyle
Holy shit…so Drake decided to show out on Friday, and brought J. Cole along to spit bars over some classic Jodeci.
Additional information I meant to mention: Drake has also launched his new website — OVOSound — which should keep you updated on any new music that comes from his camp. Drake Season has returned.
NEW MUSIC FROM OVO: Migos Feat. Drake – Versace (Remix) – Drake Feat. Sampha – The Motion – PARTYNEXTDOOR Feat. Drake – Over Here
New track from Drake (produced by Sampha and 40) that will appear on the upcoming album Nothing Was The Same, now set to be released September 17th.
Migos gets an ill feature from Drizzy for the remix to ‘Versace’, produced by Zaytoven.

I guess money doesn’t change everything. I don’t see how he can hate from outside of the locker room, he can’t even get in…from ESPN 760:
Following the Miami Heat’s Game Seven win over the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals, Drake tried to make his way into the locker room, but was shut down by security. NOTE: The swear that was bleeped out was not from Drake, but someone walking by. Drake responded to the security guard by saying, “I am media.”
They completely pass the Yeezus, but Drake does pick up The Weeknd’s Trilogy (message!):
After bringing Drake out for a surprise performance during Dollar and a Dream show at the Irving Plaza in New York, J. Cole and Drake headed straight to the Best Buy in Union Square to purchase Born Sinner.
J. Cole made at stop on his Dollar & A Dream tour last night in NYC and he brought out Drake to perform ‘In The Morning’. Then Drake performed ‘Say You Will’, ‘No New Friends’ and ‘Started From The Bottom’. Jay-Z was also in the house checking out the show from VIP.
We only heard a snippet of this three years ago…..now we get to hear a still unfinished version. I guess this song just wasn’t meant to go anywhere.
Drake gets fresh for the July 2013 issue of Gentlemen’s Quarterly. You can check out the full feature (as well as more pics) here.
Drake gives an interview after his surprise performance with 2 Chainz at Hot 107.9’s Birthday Bash 18 in Atlanta, GA. Among the topics discussed, Drizzy says that Nothing Was The Same is almost finished.

I wonder how much he got paid for this gig. Spotted on Rap Dose:
Drake loves FIFA. Watch as he expresses his love for EA’s new game at E3 2013.
The somewhat sequel/remix to Drake’s ‘Started From The Bottom’ (and Drake’s outfit) gets the visual treatment.
Jhene on NWTS. Momentous Occasions.
— Drizzy (@Drake) June 2, 2013
It looks like the dope Jhene Aiko will appear on Drake’s next album, Nothing Was The Same, which only builds the anticipation even more.
For the record, they already collaborated on the record ‘July‘ a few years ago.
UPDATE: Retweeted by Drake himself (below)….sorry, folks.
Drake tracklist isn’t real, kids. Enjoy your Memorial Day!

Drake’s dad logged onto his Instagram and posted a picture which looks like an early tracklisting for his son’s upcoming album which is set to drop sometime in the Summer. The picture was later removed, but you can check out the tracklisting below.
I’m a little blown that we have to wait until December to see this movie, but up top is a little preview from the new Anchorman film (which has appearences from rap stars Drake & Kanye West).
NY Daily News was on hand for the filming of the highly-anticipated Anchorman sequel in NYC, and spotted Drake. Looks like he will join Kanye, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Harrison Ford, Sacha Baron Cohen, Liam Neeson, Nicole Kidman, Jim Carrey and the rest of the original cast.
Hov and Drake are back in the studio for another collaboration, although I’m not sure where this will end up. Let’s hope we hear the final product soon.
