Foggieraw – “Psalm 62” & “Ms. Johnson”

Earlier this week, Foggieraw revealed that his prayers were answered via a video (above) that showed him catching vibes with Alicia Keys — this is obviously a reference to his viral hit, “Psalm 62,” which samples “You Don’t Know My Name.” In addition, the (newly-minted?) Mercury/Republic signed artist also unloaded another track, “Ms. Johnson,” which utilizes Musiq Soulchild’s “teachme.” Check ’em both out in all their streaming glory below.

Dave James, Foggieraw & Ari Lennox – “TGI Fridays”

Flex Kartel & Biggs Cooley – Rare (Stream)

Twin brothers Flex Kartel and Biggs Cooley are making waves with their new seven track project, Rare, presented by EAT. Each brother has one solo track each, one the other five songs, they’re bouncing ideas and flows off of each other and collaborators like Q Da Fool, Big Mechoo, Phil Ade and Wale. I would argue that these two are coming up next from DC, but it seems like they’re already here.
