Frank Ocean has Summer tour dates in Europe that will lead him to Canada, all the way up to Drake’s OVO Festival.
First off, I apologize to the folks that don’t want to read this (for whatever reason, just don’t bring the hate over here), but this shit is hilarious to me. So let me say ‘pause’ and post this excerpt (and pics, PG only) from the equally hilarious B. Scott:
Judging by Givenchy’s creative director Riccardo Tisci’s Instagram, it looks like he and Frank Ocean have gotten quite comfortable together. Tisci posted tons of pictures of Frank all throughout the night of the Met Gala — including the cute shot above of them smiling.
The most scandalous pic, however, is the one below posted by Riccardo with the caption:
“Please…don’t go”
Ricardo also Instagram’d a photo of Ocean apparently sleeping. More pics below!

UPDATE: Soooooo now we’ve found that Frank Ocean will be at the Brixton Academy on 9th July (tickets go on sale on the 4th). No clue on if there’s a venue or date change or if the dates are lining up for Mr. Ocean as expected.
Odd Future’s Frank Ocean is headed to London to perform at XOYO on 9th April*. Interested folks (and I’m sure there are a lot of you) can get their tickets starting on the 5th; the price is £35. I surely do hope that there will be additional dates.
*We checked XOYO’s website and it seems that there is another gig listed on the same date. So I suppose we’ll see what happens with that.

Chris Brown returns for what is probably his umpteenth visit to Big Boy’s Neighborhood to speak on his rivals (namely Drake & Frank Ocean) and the incidents that surround these individuals, his artistic merit, being compared to 2Pac (?), working with Jennifer Lopez and more. Plenty of clips below.
“Yeah, I was one of the first people he told. I kinda knew, because he likes Pop Tarts without frosting on them, so I knew something was weird. [Laughs] But that’s my nigga.”
The above quote was taken from the latest issue of Rolling Stone, and in the feature, Tyler also address his use of a certain “gay slur”:
“He knows me, and he knows I don’t care about being gay. It’s just another word to me. The same as “nigga.” Let’s say Frank started using the word “fag,” just jokingly. People would be so fucking confused! They wouldn’t know what to do. And it could take the power out of that word.”
L.A. clothing brand Band of Outsiders has recruited crooner Frank Ocean for their Spring/Summer 2013 Lookbook, which is presented in a candid, Polaroid style. You can check out the threads below.

Miguel has no shame in his game, attributing his sore loser reaction to Frank Ocean winning Best Urban Contemporary Album over him to his “competitive nature”.
The 25-year-old singer is being sued by Micah Otano, a producer who claims he was deprived of credit for his work on Frank Ocean’s hit song “Lost,” which was featured on Ocean’s Grammy-winning album channel ORANGE.
E! News has obtained the documents filed by Otano against the Grammy-winning artist on March 6 in the U.S. District Court of California.
Otano cited complaints for breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, rescission and restitution, copyright infringement and declaratory relief in his suit.
He insists he cocreated the song upon which “Lost” is based (a track called “DayLight” with producers Malay and Paul Shelton) and also “solely performed the lead synthesizer parts on ‘Daylight’ as well as piano and other parts.”
The lawsuit further states that in his joint ownership of the track, Otano and Malay (also named in the suit) agreed they wouldn’t “shop their joint work around the music industry without ensuring co-producer credit for the work” but that “Malay did just that, stealing Otano’s performances, passing them off as his own, and using them on the Frank Ocean song.”
Def Jam and Universal Music Group are also named in the suit.
Otano is looking for damages in an amount to be proven at trial.
Frank Ocean’s GRAMMY performance wasn’t very good. Now that we have that truth out of the way, we can also acknowledge that it wasn’t his fault, either…..today, we get to see how that performance should have properly played out in these two clips.
Frank Ocean has been in the studio working on his next album (as he indicated in a recent interview on BBC). This track just hit the net and appears to be track that didn’t make channel ORANGE.

They say the proof is in the pudding…..or in this case, the hand injury. Not a good look for someone trying to deny throwing a punch….
Two of R&B’s biggest artists crossed paths at a Los Angeles recording studio and years of bad blood imploded. What made the Chris Brown-Frank Ocean fight inevitable? Elliott Wilson delivers his verdict on today’s episode of “The Truth.”
From TMZ:
Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, has already contacted detectives and said the singer is ready, willing and able to give them the blow-by-blow, because he knows he did nothing wrong.
What’s more … sources say Geragos’ team has surveillance video of the last part of the fight, and Chris is as clean as a whistle — not throwing a single punch.
But here’s the thing. We’re told the video also clears Frank Ocean — he never takes a swing at anyone. The fighting is between the two posses.
The video, however, is not the be-all and end-all, because it only captured the back end of the fight. The altercation began in the parking lot and no cameras were trained on the action. So it doesn’t show who started it. The fight moved into the lobby, and that’s where the camera captured the brawl.
Chris’ account is radically different from a witness who claims Chris threw the first punch.
As for why Chris booked it before cops arrived, we’re told Geragos gave him the strictest of instructions … if he ever got in a situation where trouble was brewing, he MUST leave immediately.
