Tim Westwood just liberated some rare footage from 1995 of Biggie Smalls and the man formerly known as Puff Daddy performing in London (at the Hammersmith Palais). The event was a launch party for Tim Westwood; at the time, he had recently joined Radio 1.
Tomorrow will be the 16 year anniversary of B.I.G.’s death.
