Rick Ross takes off to Geneva for the cinematic “Phone Tap” video. Rozay also leaks a record with Lex Luger that wasn’t on the Hood Billionaire album. “Dog Food” sounds like it was made back during Lex’s 2011 takeover. Say what you want about the MMG head but he consistently puts out the music his audience wants, and they play it all the time. Ross is up there with Gucci and Juicy J for most frequently heard blasting out of cars in the hood.

Nude – Microphone Circle
Another track by Nude off of Moose Records from their release Moosetape #8. “Microphone Circle” starts off slow and collected, poised even, with a kind of sexy sample. It then explodes into a fierce rap before going back into a lull and starting again. Check it out.

In the modern era of the music industry, artists are keen to experiment with new ways to release music and continue their careers. Some continue the traditional album release method (sometimes with a twist, like a surprise release.) Some choose a pay-as-you-like method. Others release their music for free and solicit donations separately. A fourth method that seems to be getting popular is releasing expensive alternatives to free options.
