Gucci Mane reveals the artwork for his upcoming album, The State Vs. Radric Davis 2: The Caged Bird Sings, which is set to hit stores December 25th.
CNN reports:
Rapper Gucci Mane was charged in federal court Tuesday with two counts of possessing a firearm as a felon after two September incidents during which he showed a gun and threatened police, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
Reports at the time indicated that the “Lemonade” rhymer was arrested in Atlanta on September 14 after a friend flagged down police to say he was concerned about the rapper’s behavior.
After Gucci Mane became “increasingly agitated” and threatened officers, police said, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, marijuana possession and carrying a handgun.
The federal prosecutor’s news release indicates, however, that there were two incidents in September, two days apart and on the same week that Atlantic Records reportedly dropped Gucci Mane, 33, whose real name is Radric Davis.
“On September 12, 2013, Davis, who was a felon at the time, was found in possession of a firearm,” the release said. “Then, just two days later, on September 14th, he again possessed a firearm different from the earlier gun. On both occasions, Davis displayed the loaded firearm, acted erratically, and made threats to individuals, including police and his attorney.”
Atlanta police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, who are investigating the incident, applauded the arrest. Atlanta Police Chief George Turner said in a statement, “We cannot tolerate convicted felons ignoring the law by carrying firearms and endangering our citizens.”

Despite currently being in jail, a federal indictment has been filed requesting that Gucci Mane (a convicted felon) surrender two guns, a 40 caliber Glock and a 45 caliber Taurus (and ammunition) to authorities, according to a federal report obtained by TMZ. Read more on their site. This is apparently related to his September arrest.
Rhymes With Snitch reports:
Deb Antney tells Rumor Fix:
“I’m so speechless. It’s so crazy.”
“Drugs, greed and women ruined him — that’s it. Don’t blame that sh*t on me! Bless his heart — somebody call Dr. Phil for him!”
Gucci Mane is suing Waka Flocka and his mother Debrah Antney after a long feud between the two groups. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the federal lawsuit accuses Antney and her son of fraud and theft involving music royalties, money from Gucci’s company and even jewelry. More via TMZ:
According to the suit, Antney and Waka released Gucci’s music and collected royalties without his permission … and Antney made herself CFO of Gucci’s corporation without his knowledge. Gucci claims Antney regularly took more than the usual manager’s fee of 20%. As a result, Gucci says he’s lost money, his reputation … and all he’s got left are some serious tax issues. The Ice Cream Man is suing for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy … and wants the courts to freeze Waka and his mom’s assets. Oh, and he wants a ring and chain returned that he claims Waka’s mom stole from him.
Waka and Mama Waka haven’t returned our calls for comment.
This record first appeared on Gucci Mane’s Diary Of A Trap God, but E-40 adds Trinidad James for his upcoming album(s) The Block Brochure 4, 5 & 6 which is set to hit stores on December 10. You can preorder the collection now on iTunes.

After a twitter rant and getting arrested, Gucci Mane was sentenced to serve 183 days in jail for a probation violation. As you can see in the image below, he still has 5 open cases, so the amount of time he actually spends behind bars will likely be much longer, especially because of his extensive record.
Directed by Gabriel Hart (produced by Mike Will Made It) and taken from Diary Of A Trap God. Probably not the safest clip to watch in your cubicle.
Gucci Mane has been in the headlines the last few weeks after going off on Twitter about sleeping with Nicki Minaj, beef with frenemy Waka Flocka and other artists. Now, he has returned to Twitter and has issued an apology to everyone.
The random guy who almost got in a fight with Gucci Mane at Lenox Mall last week stopped by the ATL radio station with Big Tigger to talk about why he almost gave the rapper the fade. The random guy stated that Gucci Mane was disrespectful to his wife, putting his hands on his wife’s butt.
So none of y’all noticed this shit, huh? “Marilyn said pussy wet and I want pussy raining“? “Bitch I want to see your cameltoe (that’s Manson’s line, by the way)”? I’ll just let you guys listen to it…..FADER has the history on the song as well.
Oh yeah: Diary Of A Trap God is out now; unfortunately, Gucci Mane probably isn’t.
TMZ reports:
