After facing two separate assault charges, Complex reports that Gucci Mane has turned himself in. I’m already seeing people tweet #FreeGucci .

WSB-TV’s Amy Napier Viteri is reporting that Gucci Mane has turned himself in to Atlanta police. Gucci was initially wanted on aggravated assault charges after a veteran accused the rapper of striking him with a champagne bottle in a case of an autograph request gone awry in a nightclub. The police have yet to issue an official statement on the matter. Viteri has further suggested that Gucci is currently in police custody and will be booked into the Fulton County Jail.

No comment (at least not until we find out if all this is really true), except for the update that Gucci still has yet to turn himself in over the news of the first victim. From WSB TV:

Atlanta police tell Channel 2’s Amy Napier Viteri they still haven’t heard from Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, about when he will come to Atlanta and turn himself in.

After Viteri’s story aired about Davis attacking a soldier in a downtown club, another man reached out to Viteri saying Davis assaulted him just two nights later in Philadelphia.

“I haven’t ever been so humiliated in my life and disrespected,” the victim, who asked only to be called TJ, told Viteri Monday night.

TJ said Davis punched him in the jaw in the early hours of March 18 in Philadelphia two days after Atlanta police said Davis hit a soldier over the head with a champagne bottle at Harlem Nights club on Courtland Street in Atlanta.

“He punched me on the left side of my face, right here in the jaw, knocking off my glasses,” TJ told Viteri.

TJ said he was at Club Onyx in Philadelphia to see Gucci Mane perform. Afterward, he said he tried to shake hands and say hello and the rapper responded with a punch to the face.

TJ showed Viteri tweets from witnesses. One person wrote “Why did Gucci Mane punch the dude in the face?”

“I sustained a chipped tooth in the back. I sustained also swelling on the left side,” TJ told Viteri.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Gucci for allegedly assaulting a fan at Atlanta’s Harlem Nights club last Friday for his Trap Back 2 release party.

The victim, a U.S. soldier, who was left with 10 stitches tells WSB-TV he was hit in the head with a bottle after asking to take a photo with the rapper.

We’ve already heard one good ‘Spring Breakers’ story involving Gucci Mane, now the movie director tops that one with his own….taken from Vulture:

“In his entourage, everybody smokes weed from the beginning of the day to the end,” explained Korine. “So we’re inside this house in St. Petersburg, and the fucking weed smoke was so insane and Gucci was basically catatonic. I was like, ‘Gucci, you’ve got to have sex with this chick now!’” How did he receive the news? “He wanted her to ride him so he wouldn’t have to do any physical labor.“

For a while, that worked. “So we’re shooting the sequence, and as he is getting fucked, I start to hear snores,” said Korine. “He had literally passed out! And she was riding his dick the whole time. I’d never in my life filmed a sex scene where the dude was sleeping … and she was on top of him for a good 45 minutes.”

And yes, that’s the take that made it into the film. Laughed Korine: “At the end, he woke up and was like, ‘I feel real nice. I feel like Mozart’s on my dick.’ And that was it, and he went back to sleep.“

So, this is really news, I know, especially ater we just found out that Gucci and Waka Flocka have apparently parted ways. With that said, Mr. 1017 was accompanies by Keyshia Dior to the premiere of Spring Breakers, of which he is featured in.

As you can see above, Gucci Mane planned on changing his name to Guwop only to be steered back to Gucci Mane due to overwhelming response. Whatever.

Man….dude just dropped Trap God 2; tomorrow, he’s dropping Free Bricks 2 with Young Scooter and Trap House 3 is coming in July. The above mixtape drops March 15th. Needless to say, Gucci is trying to break records out here.
