The duo, of Eluvium and Explosions In The Sky fame (on the Temporary Residence LTD label), have crafted a lush soundscape in this track vaguely reminiscent of Brian Eno, Spiritualized, or Sigur Ros. Very tranquil and peaceful, take a listen.

New Regime and MMG’s Fat Trel team up with producer Kino Beats on the Million Dollar Regiment cut “Money Hungry”
French DJ Brodinski (who has been involved in the American Hip-Hop scene for a while) does more melding between Electronic music (EDM) and rap on this minimix from his upcoming album Brava. Set for a release March 3rd, the album is filled with features from Southern-based rappers like iLoveMakonnen, Yung Gleesh, Slim Thug, Peewee Longway, Young Scooter, 2$ Fabo, SD, Bloody Jay, MPA Shitro, Chill Will and more. Not only is it great that one of DC’s own is one a song from a well-know French producer who co-produced “Black Skinhead,” but Brodinski (or someone around him) clearly knows Atlanta rap. MPA Shitro and Chill Will, while talented artists are not exactly mainstream. The music is wonderful, oddly dissonant synths, driving basslines and the occasional “Trap” sound make everything fit together perfectly.
